Denuvo has developed and operates the Denuvo Anti-Cheat solution which aims to ensure a fair enjoyable experience for all attendees of a competitive multi-player computer game.
Denuvo provides the Denuvo Anti-Cheat solution on a B2B2C basis, which means that Denuvo provides the Denuvo Anti-Cheat solution to a company that publishes computer games (“Publisher”), who then integrates Denuvo Anti-Cheat with its computer game product and sells this computer game product to individuals ("Gamers").
Denuvo Anti-Cheat does not process Personal Information on its own behalf. Rather, Denuvo Anti-Cheat processes Personal Information only on behalf of Publishers.
Only when invoked on demand by the associated computer game, Denuvo Anti-Cheat executes its designed functionality.
The terms of use are defined in the end user license agreement and privacy policy of the associated computer game.
If a Gamer has questions regarding a Publisher’s processing of Personal Information, then the Gamer should contact that Publisher.
